Job Description

• Responsible for handling recruiting and staffing needs of area manufacturing companies
• Build an internal applicant and contact database
• Coordinate with company hiring managers through the interviewing process
• Responsible for business development, building relationships with companies and selling our services
• Excellent opportunity for, but not limited to, recent graduates

Key Requirements

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented individual with a passion for sales
• Past experience in sales is highly desired, but not required
