️ Hiring: Funds Lawyer
Location: Mumbai & Delhi ️ Experience: 2-8 years
We are looking for a Funds Lawyer with experience in investment funds and asset management to work on fund structuring, regulatory advisory, and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:Advising on formation and structuring of funds (AIFs, PE/VC funds, etc.)Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (IMAs, contribution agreements, etc.)Providing regulatory advice under SEBI (AIF) Regulations and related lawsAssisting with fund launches, compliance, and ongoing regulatory requirementsCoordinating with sponsors, investors, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:2-8 years of relevant experience in a law firmStrong drafting and analytical skillsGood understanding of fund structures and SEBI regulationsAbility to manage transactions and work in a dynamic environment
