Gen AI Art Director for Events & Activations

Adfactors PR is Hiring!! Mumbai || Adfactors EXP Role Summary: We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who treats AI as a "co-pilot" to deliver high-impact event branding at scale. You will be responsible for the entire creative lifecycle—from using generative AI for rapid conceptualization to finalising pixel-perfect, print-ready assets for corporate events, weddings, and festivals.

Key Responsibilities: Rapid Concept Prototyping : Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to create high-fidelity mood boards and event "look and feels" in minutes during client pitches. Full-Spectrum Event Design : Develop branding for stage backdrops, entrance gates, digital invites, and social media collateral. Workflow Automation : Implement AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks like resizing assets for multiple platforms, background removal, and photo retouching.

Human-Centric Strategy : Ensure all AI-generated content is refined for brand consistency, cultural nuance, and emotional resonance-areas where AI often falls short. Print & Production Prep : Finalise fabrication drawings and print-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy for large-format event signage. Required Skills & Tools: Traditional Core : Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong fundamentals in typography and color theory.

AI Proficiency : Advanced skills in prompt engineering for tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion. Augmented Design : Expertise in Adobe Firefly for "Generative Fill" and production efficiency. Soft Skills : Ability to translate vague client briefs into strategic visual systems and explain the purpose behind design choices.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred). A portfolio demonstrating both original human-led design and successful AI-augmented projects. Up-to-date knowledge of the legal and ethical landscape regarding AI copyright and usage.
