Job Description – QC Team Member (General Assembly)

• Job PurposeTo perform quality inspection activities in the General Assembly process to ensure products meet company quality standards and to prevent defects from reaching customers.2. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality inspections on units/products in the General Assembly area in accordance with SOP and Work InstructionsIdentify, record, and report any defects or non-conformitiesPerform in-process and final inspections at each stage of the assembly processEnsure that all inspected products meet quality standards before proceeding to the next process or deliveryExecute containment actions when quality issues are identifiedCoordinate with the production team for corrective actions (rework / improvement)Ensure proper use of measuring tools and QC equipment according to standardsComplete and maintain QC documentation (check sheets, defect reports, etc.)Support internal and external quality audits3. Additional DutiesParticipate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, QCC, etc.)Provide suggestions for quality improvementMaintain 5S practices in the working area4. QualificationsMinimum High School / Vocational School (preferably technical background)Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is preferredExperience in QC / Quality Inspection is an advantageBasic understanding of quality control principlesAbility to read technical drawings / work standards is a plusDetail-oriented, disciplined, and good communication skillsWilling to work in shifts5.
