We are seeking a strategic and technology-forward marketing leader to drive Taevas’ global marketing strategy and growth initiatives.

The Head – Global Marketing & Growth will be responsible for building a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine that strengthens brand visibility, generates qualified business opportunities, and supports global expansion of Taevas’ product and service offerings.

This role will oversee multiple marketing channels including digital platforms, events, partnerships, and content while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics.


Key Responsibilities

1. Global Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute Taevas’ global marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across all regions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support geographic expansion initiatives.

2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build scalable demand-generation programs that contribute directly to business pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Align marketing activities closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Design integrated campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships.

3. AI-Driven Marketing & Technology Adoption

  • Implement AI-powered marketing workflows across content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Evaluate and deploy marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and AI-driven systems.
  • Build a technology-enabled marketing ecosystem to improve efficiency and scalability.

4. Product & Solution Marketing

  • Lead positioning and messaging for Taevas’ products and services.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new product launches and service offerings.
  • Support sales teams with value propositions, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Channel Leadership

Oversee performance and strategic direction of key marketing channels:

  • Website & SEO
  • Social Media
  • Events & Exhibitions
  • Partnerships & Alliances
  • Content & Brand Communication

6. Marketing Analytics & Performance

  • Establish clear marketing performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Continuously optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

7. Brand Governance & Global Consistency

  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all markets and communication channels.
  • Ensure brand integrity in collaboration with partners, distributors, and regional teams.

8. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Mentor channel owners and encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and service teams.

Preferrences:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience in B2B industries such as medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated sectors preferred.
  • Strong exposure to global marketing programs and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel marketing teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, analytics platforms, and modern marketing technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
