Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer with experience in the Real Estate Industry to help us create visually engaging, high-impact designs for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of real estate marketing trends and the ability to design assets that resonate with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Industry-Specific Design:

• Real Estate: Design Creatives for Social Media, Festivals, Lead Generation, Brochures, Leaflets, Newspaper Ads, Stationary Design, etc.

Agency Work:

• Design Graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns.
• Create Branding Materials: Logos, Pitch Decks, Brochures, Leaflets, Event Collaterals, and Client Presentations.
• Ensure Brand Consistency Across all Client Deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategists, Copywriters, and Ad Managers for Campaign Creatives.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Related Field (Preferred).
• 2.5+ Years of Experience in agency-based graphic design (Portfolio Required).
• Proficiency in Coral Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Creatives (Ads, Social, Branding).
• Ability to Design for Different Industries with Adaptability in Style and Tone.
• Good Knowledge of typography, color psychology, and design hierarchy.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Client Projects and Deliver within Deadlines.
