Job Description
Job Purposed :To lead and integrate direct channel strategies and operations across end-to-end retail activities covering channel planning, store productivity, sales execution, service quality, and customer journey optimization to drive sustainable performance, ensure compliance and cost discipline, and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities :Define direct channel strategies and operating models to drive retail growth, workforce productivity, and consistent service standards across the end-to-end customer journey.Develop commercial targets into effective sales programs, incentives, and promotions that accelerate revenue growth, customer acquisition, and engagement at the frontline.Ensure compliance, service quality, and cost discipline through digitalization, standardization, and continuous process optimization.Enhance performance across sales, productivity, cost, and customer metrics, and drive targeted improvements to strengthen channel effectiveness and customer experience
Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (required); a master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in retail channel management, sales program development, and compliance governance.Having Certification : CRMP, PMP, CSLP, or other retail management/project management certifications (would be advantage)
