Therapy Area: Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs)

Department: Domestic Marketing

Experience: 4 –15 years in Pharma Marketing (depending on the role)

Qualification: B. Pharm + MBA (Marketing / Pharma Management)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical industry only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual brand marketing plans and budgets
• Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance market share and customer engagement
• Monitor brand performance against targets and analyze market trends
• Enable the sales team with training programs, promotional tools, and scientific content
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and key accounts
• Identify innovative customer engagement opportunities
• Participate in CMEs, conferences, and scientific events
• Coach and develop the sales team to strengthen market presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing
• Proven experience in brand management, market analytics, and strategy development
• High-performance mindset with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
