Head Of Design (website Design)

Think Design Collaborative is hiring a seasoned Design Head with a strong portfolio of hotel website project work

Skills:

• Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organisations to understand their Business/Organisation Goals, User/Customer Behaviour, and create Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products
• Ability to decode complex business goals, product & technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging & effective experiences for our clients
• Thorough understanding of User Experience Design
• Ability to conduct Design Workshops with leadership teams from Clients.
• Should be able to collect & analyse Business Requirements for the project.
• People Management Skills need to be excellent. The role shall demands regular interaction & management of internal teams (Designers & Developers) & external stakeholders (Clients & Vendors)
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks
• Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
• Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
• Guide Project team members

Expectations:

• Minimum 10+ years of Website Design/UX Design experience
• Must have experience in working on Hotel & Tourism website projects.
• Thought Leader in Strategic UX Design
• Confident & excellent Communication skills
• Intrapreneural in nature
