Head of RF SoC Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of RF SoC platforms integrating RF, analog, and mixed‑signal subsystems
• Define system specifications, performance targets, and design strategies for integrated RF solutions
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across RFIC, packaging, verification, and test teams
• Oversee the full silicon development lifecycle from architecture through design, tape‑out, and silicon validation
• Drive system‑level trade‑offs across performance, power consumption, chip area, and manufacturability
• Guide integration of RF front‑end blocks such as LNAs, mixers, PAs, VCOs, and switching networks into scalable SoC designs
• Support silicon bring‑up, debugging, and characterization following fabrication
• Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in RF SoC design and development

Requirements

Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

• 8+ years of experience in RFIC or RF SoC design and development
• Strong understanding of RF system architecture and integrated circuit design
• Experience delivering silicon products through tape‑out and validation
• Must be willing to work full‑time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RF front‑end architectures including LNAs, mixers, PAs, VCOs, and frequency synthesizers
• Familiarity with RFIC design tools and simulation platforms such as Cadence or ADS
• Experience integrating analog, RF, and digital subsystems within a single SoC platform
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration experience in semiconductor product development
