Role OverviewLead global treasury strategy, liquidity management, and capital optimization across fiat and digital asset ecosystems.

Requirements10–15+ years in treasury, liquidity management, or financial marketsStrong experience in fintech, banking, or digital assets preferredDeep understanding of liquidity risk, capital optimization, and funding strategiesExperience managing global, multi-currency environmentsProven leadership and strategic planning capabilities
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global treasury and liquidity strategiesManage cash flow, funding, and capital allocation across regionsOversee liquidity across fiat currencies and digital assetsDesign and implement risk management frameworks (market, liquidity, counterparty)Optimize banking, custody, and liquidity provider relationshipsPartner with FX trading and payments teams for efficient capital usageEnsure regulatory compliance across jurisdictionsLead treasury systems, reporting, and forecasting improvements
