Head Operations - Civil Engineer / Architect

We’re looking for a Head of Operation (Civil Engineer / Architect) with a leading infrastructure conglomerate with a diversified presence across Real Estate, Airports, Energy, Transportation, Urban Infrastructure, and Sports.

The Head – Operations will lead the end-to-end project delivery function for the new Residential Real Estate business in Bangalore. The role will oversee planning, execution, cost governance, revenue alignment, project controls, customer readiness, and leadership reporting to ensure consistent delivery of projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and regulatory standards.

The position is responsible for setting up operational systems, processes, governance mechanisms, and PMO capabilities—establishing strong coordination between construction, design, planning, procurement, contracts, sales, and alignment with FMS, customer and external vendors/consultants.

Educational Qualifications:-

BE/BTech in Civil Engineering / Construction / Architecture

MBA / PGDM (Operations / Project Management / Finance) preferred

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / Lean / Six Sigma advantageous

Relevant Industry/Sector Experience

• 15–20+ years in real estate/construction with multi-project leadership experience
• Proven experience in operations, delivery governance, project controls, and large-scale project execution
• Exposure to sales/revenue readiness, costing, billing, and customer possession cycles
