Our client is a growth-stage deep-tech company specializing in autonomous robotics, smart mobility, and industrial automation. They design and deliver intelligent robotic solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and operational efficiency for manufacturing and warehouse ecosystems. Head - Platform & Analytics (Fleet + Enterprise) Reports To: CTO Role Purpose Build and commercialize a scalable analytics and enterprise software platform to enable mobile robotics (MR) fleet management, real-time monitoring, and data-driven operational optimization.

The role focuses on developing core platform capabilities that drive recurring SaaS revenue and deliver measurable business outcomes for the firm’s customers across industrial and mobility domains. Role Outcomes 1. Launch scalable fleet management platform (Pilot → General Availability within 12 months). 2.

Deliver customer deployments demonstrating measurable productivity improvement (20– 30% uplift). 3. Achieve SaaS/Analytics revenue contribution ≥15% of MR Business Unit revenue within 24 months. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, design, and rollout of the firm's Fleet & Enterprise Platform supporting multi-robot and multi-site deployments. • Define and own the data architecture enabling telemetry ingestion, storage, visualization, and actionable analytics. • Collaborate with Product, Robotics, and Cloud teams to ensure seamless integration of robot, edge, and enterprise data pipelines. • Drive productization of analytics features (dashboards, predictive maintenance, utilization insights, energy optimization, etc.). • Oversee SaaS platform security, scalability, and performance compliance with enterprise standards. • Establish CI/CD frameworks for continuous feature enhancement and system reliability. • Develop pricing, licensing, and go-to-market strategy for analytics and SaaS offerings in coordination with business teams. • Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to measure customer ROI and platform adoption metrics. • Lead a cross-functional team of cloud, data, and software engineers to deliver robust, production-grade enterprise software solutions.• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in fleet management, cloud analytics, and AI-driven operations.

Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise software or analytics platform development with 8+ years in leadership roles. • Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), data pipelines, and distributed systems. • Experience with IoT/Telemetry data, microservices, and large-scale analytics solutions. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Grafana, Power BI, or similar). • Track record of launching and scaling SaaS or enterprise analytics platforms. • Knowledge of mobile robotics ecosystem, fleet management, and API-based integrations preferred. Educational Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical discipline.
