Job Description
Facilitate accurate clinical record management as a Health Information Management Professional. Ensure that records meet compliance standards while supporting clinical staff in completing documentation tasks. This role focuses on upholding the quality and accuracy of health information within the healthcare system.
You will conduct thorough analyses of clinical records and interact directly with physicians to clarify information. The position also includes managing outpatient visit closures and assisting with training for HIM students. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive analyses of clinical records for accuracy • Collaborate with physicians on unclear or missing information • Analyze Electroconvulsive Therapy documentation for accuracy • Assist in management of outpatient visit closures • Provide backup for clinical record duties as required Requirements: • Health Information Management college diploma required • Certification with CHIMA in good standing • Proven ICD 10 coding expertise • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines Ensure clinical records' accuracy and compliance while fostering a supportive environment for healthcare staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
