A company is looking for an Associate, Care Navigation Programs to join their Care Navigation Operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including creating project plans and engaging stakeholdersEvaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist in developing departmental metrics and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication and program strategies for successful change managementRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in program management in a healthcare environment2+ years of experience in delivering projects/programs independently and within a team2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive program improvementsExperience executing enterprise-wide initiatives, including project planning and resource coordinationProficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Big Query, and/or Excel
