Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Tiruvallur, Kakkalur

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary : 5LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin professional to handle end-to-end HR functions along with administration activities. The role involves recruitment, employee management, compliance, and overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
  • Manage offer release, joining formalities, and induction

Employee Management

  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Manage confirmations, increments, and exit process

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure PF, ESI, LWF, and labour law compliance
  • Maintain statutory records and registers
  • Support audits (ISO / Labour compliance)

Employee Engagement

  • Handle employee relations and grievance management
  • Organize engagement activities (EOM, events, etc.)

Admin Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and security
  • Monitor office maintenance and vendor coordination

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Track office assets, ID cards, uniforms, and consumables
  • Maintain stock records

General Administration

  • Ensure discipline, safety, and office policies
  • Support management in daily admin activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (HR preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in HR & Admin
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Experience in payroll and HRMS / ERP (Zoho preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in Manufacturing / Factory setup
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation & audits
  • Ability to handle both HR and Admin independently
  • Immediate joining preferred
