Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin professional. The responsibilities of this role include managing human resources functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The HR and Admin professional will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment, supporting employee engagement, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and experience with HR Management processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR Policies and ensure compliance
- Proficiency in overseeing Employee Benefits and managing employee-related programs
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee relations and workforce planning
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Location Preference of the candidate: Trichy, Tamil Nadu
