Job Description: Manager – HR & Administration Experience: 8+ Years

Location: shadnagar (Balanagar) Hyderabad

Reporting To: AVP

Role Overview: Experienced HR & Adminprofessional to manageHR operations, statutory compliance, plant administration, and employee relations in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with factory laws, labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
  • Manage factory license, labor license, and legal approvals.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and coordinate with HO.
  • Verify contractor payroll and bills.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and discipline.
  • Organize employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Oversee plant administration, housekeeping, guest house, and canteen.
  • Handle transportation and security systems including gate pass.
  • Ensure safety, fire compliance, and incident management.
  • Liaise with government bodies, police, and local communities.
  • Maintain environment-friendly practices and waste management.
  • Monitor contractor compliance and discipline.
  • Handle onboarding, exit, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure 24x7 safety monitoring and theft prevention systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
  • Experience in plant HR & administration.
  • Conflict resolution and employee management.
  • Security, safety, and facility management knowledge.
  • Liaising and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
  • Analytical skills to identify system gaps.

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
