Hr & Operations Generalist

KAVI is building India's largest library of expert call transcripts for investors.

As an early-stage startup, our senior team has been hands-on with everything from hiring to operations. Now, as we scale, we’re ready to bring in a dynamic HR & Ops Generalist to take the reins and help us build quality systems and processes from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone who loves building structure from scratch, can wear multiple hats, and wants to have a direct impact on how a company grows.

What you’ll do:

• Own our full hiring process — from managing thousands of monthly applications to designing a scalable hiring process.
• Lead all things HR — onboarding, compliance, team engagement, and beyond.
• Keep operations running smoothly — step in wherever needed to support internal systems, processes, and team efficiency.
