Drug Free Workplace The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the site HR team to ensure efficient execution of core HR processes.

This role supports activities related to onboarding, employee records management, training coordination, and HR data administration. The HR Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting recruiting and onboarding logistics, and helping ensure HR processes run smoothly in a fast-paced operational environment. This position works closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist to support the day-to-day needs of the workforce.

Onboarding & Orientation Support Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials for new hires Coordinate onboarding logistics including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing employee paperwork Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure required documentation is completed and filed appropriately Employee Records & HRIS Administration Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR documentation Scan, upload, and organize employee records within HR systems and shared files Support HRIS data entry and updates including employee status changes, documentation uploads, and record maintenance Recruiting Administration Assist with recruiting logistics including interview scheduling and candidate communication Maintain applicant tracking system updates and recruiting documentation Prepare hiring packets and onboarding materials for new employees Training Coordination Maintain training records and track completion of required employee training Assist with scheduling training sessions and preparing training materials Support HR team with tracking compliance training requirements Attendance & HR Reporting Support Provide support for payroll processing to include prepare payroll, entering batches as needed. Oversee attendance administration Support HR team with preparation of workforce reports and HR metrics Compile data needed for HR dashboards and reporting as requested HR Process Support Maintain HR forms, policy documents, and shared HR resources Assist with preparation and filing of HR documentation related to employee relations or disciplinary actions Support organization of HR records to ensure audit readiness and compliance Employee Engagement Support Assist with coordination of employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives Help prepare materials for employee meetings, communications, or HR events Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and agency rules pertaining to human resources management Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively, both verbally, in writing and electronically, with the ability to formulate and deliver ideas and material in a clear and concise manner. Able to build and foster effective business relationships with executives, managers, employees, vendors, and other internal and external customers/clients.

Able to foster an environment where people will be motivated to work as a team and perform at their highest potential. Able to effectively explain and transfer knowledge to other members of the HR staff, employees, and managers. Skilled and proficient with the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office, HRIS, ERP and mainstream office software, to include advance capabilities with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management or related field required. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is desired. Previous experience supporting human resources operations as an intern or HR Assistant is required.

Experience in a manufacturing company with responsibilities in the areas of recruitment & staffing, benefits and/or HRIS support is preferred.
