Hr Executive / Hr Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Wartens is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in payroll, compliance, and technical hiring, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations
• Handle payroll processing using GreytHR
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and other labour laws
• Lead technical hiring (screening, interviewing, coordination with technical teams)
• Manage onboarding and induction process
• Handle employee documentation and HR records
• Support employee engagement and performance processes
• Negotiate salary offers and manage hiring closures
• Address employee concerns and ensure smooth HR functioning

Requirements

• Proven experience working with GreytHR (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, statutory compliance & payroll management
• Experience in technical recruitment and onboarding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage employees and HR operations independently
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience preferred

• Location: Electronic City (Hybrid mode – partial work from office required)
• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
