Job Purpose: 

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with management in supporting our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. 


Responsibilities:  

  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. 
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and resolving conflicts. 
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. 
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned. 
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews. 
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. 
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.  
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • BCom/BBA/MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or professional services industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. 
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment process and tools.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Recruitment tools, and MS Office.
