Job Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, salary calculation, statutory compliance).
• Managing employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinating with accounts for salary disbursement.
• Driving employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives.
• Addressing employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist in hotel/hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and basic labour laws.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
