Job Description

Job Title: HR Help Desk Executive

Experience- 2-4 Years

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune

Shift time: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sit at the HR front desk to assist employees, candidates, and walk-in visitors with queries, documentation, and HR-related support.
  • Maintain vigilance within the office premises and promptly report any policy violations, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior to the concerned authority.
  • Proactively move around the office premises to monitor activities, address employee concerns, and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, induction coordination, and system updates.
  • Support employee off-boarding activities, ensuring smooth coordination of exit formalities and accurate maintenance of related records.
  • Handle cases related to misconduct and indiscipline as per company policy.
  • Record and coordinate resolution of employee grievances.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, forms, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance; regularize discrepancies and ensure corrections before payroll.
  • Coordinate with employees and managers for attendance and timesheet corrections.
  • Manage leave records and ensure system accuracy.
  • Prepare attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
  • Drive and support employee engagement programs, including activities, events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company attendance policies, applicable labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Stay updated on HR compliances, labor codes, and company policies.


Must-have skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Front desk and employee support, serving as the first point of contact
  • HR operations knowledge including attendance, leave management, onboarding/offboarding, grievance handling, and basic HR policies
  • Proficiency in HRMS for attendance, leave, payroll, and employee data management
  • Awareness of labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and maintain confidentiality


Nice-to-have skills:

  • MS Excel and MIS reporting
  • Experience in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs

Support in audits and statutory inspections
