Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement processes
- Experience in Training, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance regulations
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across departments
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
