Hr Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, manage HR compliance and policies, and spearhead performance management initiatives. The role also includes employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring organizational compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements
• Experience with Employee Engagement, Development, and Retention
• Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Organizational Development
• Effective Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR management role at a similar level is preferred
