Ray Business Technologies is looking for a seasoned HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and strengthen all human resources functions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee exits
• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and business heads
• Design, implement, and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring strategy, and vendor management
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
• Handle complex employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
• Lead performance management cycles, L&D initiatives, succession planning
• Manage compensation planning, benefits administration, and HR budgeting
• Maintain HRMIS, dashboards, and leadership reports

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in IT / Technology / Staffing industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
