The HR Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring streamlined HR management. The role involves handling day-to-day HR functions, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
- Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Understanding and expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India is an advantage
