• Strong basic mathematical ability along with an interest in learning workforce forecasting and manpower planning using data-driven methods.
• Enthusiasm for HR analytics and adopting analytical, data-focused HR practices.
• Willingness to work evening or night shifts when required to manage international recruitment processes.
