Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% On-Site
Salary: $58,240–$62,400

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring environment. This role will manage the recruiting process from job posting through offer stage and will work closely with HR leadership to support hiring events and candidate flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post open positions and monitor job posting traction and applicant activity.
• Review applications and coordinate the interview process.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Schedule and support large hiring events
• Extend job offers and coordinate background checks and drug screening instructions.
• Communicate with candidates regarding next steps in the hiring process.
• Utilize ADP Applicant Tracking System to review applications and manage candidate information.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to manage candidate flow during hiring events.
• Provide on-site recruiting support and assist with overall hiring operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly through leadership-level roles.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
