Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
