Position: Recruitment Apprentice

Role Overview: As an Apprentice, the person will support our recruitment teams across end to end hiring activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations

Role & Responsibilities:

*Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases

*Screen resumes and shortlist candidate’s basis job description provided

*Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

*Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

*Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool

Required Skills:

*Good verbal & written communication and people skills

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)

*Knowledge of Power BI Tool

*Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

*Interest in HR, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Qualification: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field.
