Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting marketing and sales operations, and improving system efficiency through automation, reporting, and integrations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM, including users, permissions, and system settings
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows, automation, and pipelines
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper database management
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Support marketing, sales, and customer success teams with CRM usage and best practices
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and user adoption
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data and workflows
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot tools (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
  • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of CRM data structure and database management
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
