Human Resources Administrator
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish to provide hands-on administrative and operational support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, payroll support, and employee relations, while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and applicable federal and state employment laws.

HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with federal and applicable federal and state employment laws
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9s, E-Verify, and orientations
- Assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Coordinate job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding
- Assist with training and orientation documentation
Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist with employee benefit enrollments and changes
- Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
- Support payroll data updates, W-4s, and direct deposit documentation
Employee Relations & Administration
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management tracking
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
- Assist with safety initiatives and workers' compensation documentation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Working knowledge of HR employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paychex preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Salary: $50,000 (competitive and applicable federal and state employment laws)
