KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational standards.
• Oversee talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Lead employee relations efforts by managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations.

Finance

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage banking relationships and financial transactions with external institutions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Pay commensurate with experience.
