KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational standards.
- Oversee talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Lead employee relations efforts by managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
Finance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Establish and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
- Manage banking relationships and financial transactions with external institutions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Pay commensurate with experience.
