Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

2. Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace environment by fostering trust and open communication.
- Advise managers on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.

3. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

4. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal process and provide coaching to managers.
- Support leadership in setting clear goals, KPIs, and employee development plans.
- Manage progressive disciplinary process when necessary.

5. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Work with leadership to conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses.
- Provide support for open enrollment and benefit communications.

6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
- Facilitate management training in areas like leadership, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Support succession planning initiatives.

7. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR metrics and dashboards (turnover, retention, time-to-fill, etc.).
- Use data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Related filed.
  • Professional HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP\SCP) a plus
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR Experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
