We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Leader who can build, strengthen, and scale the HR function to support our next phase of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Manager – HR & Administration who will take complete ownership of the HR function and play a key role in building systems, driving performance culture, and strengthening organizational structure.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of managing recruitment, HR operations, performance systems, compliance, and administration across multiple locations.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align people strategy with business goals and drive organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with company growth plans
- Build and lead the HR team across Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and Administration
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to the Founder and leadership team
Talent Acquisition & On-boarding
- Drive end-to-end hiring across departments with strong internal sourcing capabilities
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Ensure structured on-boarding, induction, and employee integration processes
Performance Management & Training
- Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with KRAs (Key Result Areas)
- Introduce goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal systems
- Develop and roll out a training calendar (technical, behavioral, leadership)
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance), Shops & Establishment, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), etc.
- Implement and manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and payroll processes
- Oversee employee documentation, policies, and audit readiness
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a culture of transparency, accountability, and performance orientation
- Handle employee grievances, exit interviews, and retention strategies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives with measurable impact
Organizational Development & Culture
- Define organization structure, JDs, KRAs, and competency frameworks
- Lead culture-building initiatives aligned with leadership vision
- Drive internal communication and reward & recognition programs
HR Analytics & People Insights
- Develop and manage HR dashboards (Attrition, Hiring TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, etc.)
- Perform data-driven analysis to improve hiring, retention, and performance
- Prepare quarterly HR reports for leadership decision-making
- Use tools like Excel, HRMS, and analytics dashboards for actionable insights
Administration (All Branches)
- Oversee end-to-end administration operations across locations
- Manage office functions including facilities, travel, vendors, and infrastructure
- Ensure cost control, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
- Supervise admin team and review MIS reports and expense tracking
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 10–12 years of experience in HR, with 4+ years in leadership roles
• Strong experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, PMS, and Compliance
• Preferred industry: HVAC / EPC / MEP / Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate
• Proven experience in building and managing HR teams (3–5 members)
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, HRMS, and HR analytics
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance frameworks
• Excellent leadership, maturity, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work closely with Founders / CXOs and drive HR transformation
• Highly agile, structured, and result-oriented professional
