🎯Daily responsibilities

Your main objective is to help companies transfer internationally their employees and their families ensuring a smooth and timely immigration process for all the parties involved.

As part of your daily responsibilities you will:

· Analyze each case and advise clients on the best way to proceed in terms of immigration procedures.

· Handle permit applications for international employees of local and foreign companies, as well as for private individuals.

· Manage intra-company transfers.

· Advise on different legal matters related to immigration.

· Review and prepare legal documentation.

· Update our clients on changes and tendencies that might affect their business processes.

· Foresee possible setbacks and delays in the process and communicate them in advance in order to avoid misunderstandings and claims.

· Explain and help the client companies and transferred employees understand “how things work” in Spain regarding immigration bureaucracy.

· Be in constant contact with the company and the transferred employee to ensure a good communication among parties, set down-to-earth expectations and to update on any issue.

🧐 What are we looking for?

· You are allowed to work in Spain.

· You have a degree in Law and knowledge of the Spanish legal system. Expertise in immigration matters is a plus.

· You are a fast learner.

· You are analytical, organized and pay special attention to detail.

· You have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

· You are able to perform under pressure and manage high volumes of work.

· You detect urgent needs, and you are able to prioritize work.

· You are foresighted and foresee likely obstacles.

· You are empathetic. We work with people and their families for whom moving abroad is usually a lifechanging issue that brings up insecurities, stress and excitement at the same time.

· You are proficient in Spanish and English (French is a plus).

· You are interested in international mobility tendencies and policies.

· You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be constantly in touch with the customer.

· Experience as a corporate international mobility consultant is a plus.

· Skills in Office package.
