Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct product trainings for new staff and travel industry clients.
  • Support Tour Operator clients during Go-Live , identifying gaps, resolving queries, and guiding setup.
  • Gather requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD) .
  • Analyze client business processes and recommend system configurations.
  • Assist with testing, documentation, and user manuals .

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates from all tour and travel agencies with experience in operations or travel technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in the travel industry or travel software implementation.
  • Knowledge of tour operating processes and travel technology.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to train, troubleshoot, and quickly understand software functionality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
