We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition across India markets in the staffing industry. The role requires strong regional networks, expertise in recruitment solutions, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for staffing services in India
- Acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships with enterprises
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Strong knowledge of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, managed services)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel between India and GCC
- Prior experience in staffing firms or HR consulting
- Established network with HR leaders and decision-makers
