Industrial Security Specialist (risk Management Team Lead)

US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities: Reviews, edits, approves, and prepares low- to moderate-complexity Risk Mitigation Strategies (RMSs) to meet quality standards and internal guidelines.; Provides technical direction and feedback to government and contractor staff on business and security risks and mitigation measures.; Manages team workload by assigning tasks, setting suspense dates, and coordinating reassignment of complex tasks with senior team leads.; Monitors contractor compliance with contract stipulations and tracks KPIs, providing performance input to supervisors and the COR.; Identifies areas for operational improvement, including workflow enhancements, training needs, and updates to internal guidance.
