• The physician will work out of the Lawrenceville, GA clinic location, Northside Gwinnett Hospital, and Eastside Piedmont Hospital
• 12 patients on average in the clinic
• 3 hospitals and 1 clinic location
• Currently three full-time physicians and two full-time nurse practitioners
• 1:4 Call

Financial Package:

• $250,000 guaranteed salary
• Bonus: 50% collections
• Profit-Sharing from Infusion Suite
• 4 weeks PTO
