Influencer Marketing Manager

Lascade is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and content publishers to promote our portfolio of mobile applications.

You will be responsible for identifying creators, negotiating collaborations, managing campaigns, and driving measurable growth through influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote Lascade’s mobile applications
• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines
• Track campaign performance including installs, engagement, and ROI
• Work with the creative team to ensure influencers produce high-quality promotional content
• Stay updated on social media trends and creator opportunities
• Build a long-term creator network and partnerships

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems
• Experience managing influencer campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze campaign performance
