Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Engineer you manage external IT support vendors and you coordinate IT Support requirements. You oversee IT infrastructure services activities and project delivery. Moreover, you improve supplier service levels and you coordinate service and project delivery with business IT Lead, you simplify and automate work. You perform access security review and maintenance. In addition, you assist with implementation and maintenance of quality standards and you monitor IT quality levels and initiate corrective actions.
Profile:
- Diploma in IT or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Office 365 suite, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Power App. Power BI a plus
- Excellent knowledge in infrastructure technology (desktop, mobility, network and conference room technologies)
