We are looking for a high-ownership Cluster Team Lead (Manager Level) who can manage multiple Team Leads (TLs) and drive performance across a large inside sales cluster of 60–80 telesales executives.
This is NOT an individual contributor or TL role.
You will lead TLs, manage cluster P&L, drive daily sales operations, and ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
Ideal for a Sales Manager / Cluster Manager in a high-velocity B2B inside-sales environment.
- Manage 6–7 Team Leads, each handling 10–12 reps (total 60–80 inside sales executives)
- Drive TL performance via daily reviews, coaching, escalations & discipline
- Ensure hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new TLs and executives
- Own cluster revenue targets and drive monthly & quarterly closures
- Run daily cluster-level standups, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
- Ensure high-quality follow-ups, talk time, and lead management
- Strengthen CRM compliance and forecasting accuracy across all TLs
- Review rep and TL-level KPIs every day and fix gaps immediately
- Ensure SOP adherence, pitch consistency, and script optimisation
- Coach TLs on:
- call quality & listening
- objection handling
- time management
- closure strategies
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions and build a performance-driven culture
- Handle high-value customer escalations
- Manage stuck deals and unblock TLs
- Ensure zero leakages of leads and CRM flows
- 5–9 years total experience in inside sales
- 3+ years managing Team Leads
- Must have led at least 40–80 inside sales reps through TLs
- Experience in B2B sales / SME sales / SaaS / telecom / fintech preferred
- Experience in high-velocity calling environments (100–300 calls/day per rep)
- Strong revenue ownership mindset
- High discipline in daily reviews & execution
- Excellent people management & tough conversations
- Ability to identify performance issues early and fix them fast
- Strong command over CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot/LeadSquared/Salesforce)
- Comfort with Excel / MIS and daily dashboards
- Ability to maintain high energy and motivation across the floor
- Cluster revenue achievement vs target
