Role Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our US-focused sales team. You will drive revenue growth, manage high-performing teams, and optimize sales campaigns and funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage SDRs & Sales Representatives
✔️ Drive quota achievement and revenue growth
✔️ Plan and execute inbound & outbound sales campaigns
✔️ Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent
✔️ Analyze performance metrics to improve conversions
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong experience in US B2B inside sales
✅ Proven team management (10–15 members)
✅ Data-driven approach with strong communication skills
✅ Background in EdTech / SaaS / BPO is a plus
