Role Overview


We are looking for a disciplined, focused, confident and self-motivated sales professional to join our B2B inside sales team.


This role focuses on managing dealer relationships, generating demand, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales in assigned territories through regular communication with dealers and distributors.


This is primarily an office-based inside sales role, where most interactions with customers will happen through calls, follow-ups and relationship management.


Occasionally, the role may require market visits or attending agricultural exhibitions to support business development and strengthen dealer relationships.




Key Responsibilities


Dealer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing dealers and distributors

• Understand dealer demand cycles and inventory requirements

• Build strong long-term business relationships with customers


Sales & Demand Generation

• Drive B2B sales growth in assigned territories

• Generate demand for the company’s agricultural machinery products

• Increase order volume from existing dealers


New Business Development

• Identify and onboard new dealers and distribution partners

• Expand the company’s dealer network in new markets


Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate pricing, quantities and commercial terms with customers

• Convert inquiries and discussions into confirmed sales orders


Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and product demand

• Provide feedback to management about market opportunities


Internal Coordination

• Work closely with operations and logistics teams for smooth order processing

• Ensure timely communication regarding dispatch and delivery


Exhibitions & Market Support

• Participate in agricultural exhibitions and industry events when required

• Occasionally visit dealer markets to support business development

Experience & Qualification


Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales


Preferred background in:

• Agricultural machinery

• Industrial products

• Power tools

• Pumps or mechanical equipment

• Other B2B product-based industries


Education: Graduate in any discipline




Language Requirement


Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers in:


• English (mandatory)

• Hindi (mandatory)


Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Assamese or Bengali will be an advantage when interacting with dealers across different regions.



Compensation


Salary: ₹5 – ₹7.5 LPA

Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to sales performance
