Role: Senior Sales Manager – Techno/Functional (North America Market – Offshore India)
Exp level : 8-10 years
Work Location: Hyderabad
Mode of work: WFO
USA shift timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Drive end-to-end pre-sales and sales cycles for Data & AI solutions across North America enterprise accounts from offshore India.
Engage CXO-level stakeholders through discovery calls, solution demos, and value-driven storytelling.
Lead opportunity qualification, pipeline development, and conversion strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Position and sell solutions across SAP, Microsoft Fabric, and the broader Microsoft technology stack.
Collaborate with account managers, marketing, and data research teams to craft targeted go-to-market approaches.
Translate complex technical architectures (Azure, Power Platform, AI/ML, data platforms) into business outcomes.
Build compelling sales assets including pitch decks, proposals, and solution frameworks.
Drive inside sales enablement and nurture leads through the full sales lifecycle.
Manage client engagements across USA and UAE markets, ensuring alignment with regional business and compliance needs.
Champion a consultative selling approach with a strong focus on customer success, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
