What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

  • Lead and manage inside sales teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Assign and track leads to ensure timely and quality follow-ups
  • Monitor calls, chats, and emails to maintain conversation quality
  • Coach Team Leaders and Associates on pitch, objections, and closures
  • Track numbers daily and take corrective action when performance dips
  • Ensure CRM hygiene — accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth lead flow and bookings
  • Handle customer escalations and support complex closures
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members
  • Be present, visible, and accountable — every day
