- Prepare and administer IV drips/injections as per doctor-approved protocol (dose, rate, dilution, compatibility).
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control at all times.
- Handle consumables and disposables correctly; ensure biomedical waste compliance.
2) Patient Preparation & Comfort
- Pre-checks: vitals, allergy history, hydration status, contraindications checklist (as per SOP).
- Explain the session flow in simple language; keep patients calm and comfortable.
- Manage on-chair needs: positioning, privacy, comfort, and continuous reassurance.
3) Monitoring & Safety

- Document incidents and support service recovery with doctor/CX team.
4) Coordination & Readiness
- Coordinate with front desk for next-day session list and patient notes.
- Coordinate with doctor for any changes, adverse events, or protocol clarifications.
- Ensure station readiness: supplies, equipment, labeling, and checklists.
5) Documentation & Compliance
- Accurate recording: consent confirmation, batch/lot numbers (where applicable), start/stop time, dose, rate, vitals, adverse events, aftercare instructions.
- Maintain nursing logs and SOP checklists; support audits and quality improvement.
6) Education & Upskilling
- Learn ALIV’s therapies and FAQs at a nurse-communication level.
- Participate in weekly training and contribute to continuous improvements in SOPs.
